Order Processing Time
Because our items are made specifically for you, orders typically require 5–10 business days for production and fulfillment before they are shipped.

Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time
Some items may be handmade and take 3-5 days for fulfillment. Many orders arrive sooner than expected; however, delivery times can vary. Please allow approximately 12–20 business days from the time your order is placed for your order to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package during transit.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to meet the estimated timelines above, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sultana Resort & Jewels is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
