Each piece is carefully prepared with attention to detail. Orders are processed within 5–10 business days before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 12–20 days total.

Please note that many of our jewelry pieces and select garments are handcrafted in Turkey and other international locations. Due to the artisanal nature of these items, some orders may require additional delivery time.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we proudly ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary slightly for international orders.

How do I choose the right size?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to issue a refund for eligible returns, and we invite you to browse our collection to find a replacement item that you love.
